We’ve teamed up with Repair by Bear for all your servicing needs. From a good clean to full-on TLC, and from sewing machines to sergers, Bear knows how to get every stitch-maker back in rhythm.

Maintenance & Tune-Ups

Includes a full cleaning, lint and dust removal, lubrication, timing check, and adjustments.

The repairs listed under "other services offered" are billed at $75/hour plus parts. Before the work begins, a written estimate will be provided for repairs lasting more than 1 hour.

    • Drop off or pickup at Cool People Sew in Duluth.
    • Home or office pickup, rush service, on-site repair, and loaner machines are available upon request.

Please note that all work is completed by Andy Nagel (Top Bear) in his Roswell workshop. Payment must be received before sewing machine return. After your invoice is issued, any machines not picked up in 45 days will be sold.
