The artwork in this collection was created by hand, during the long days of Spring, 2020. I had moved with my family to the Catskill Mountains and was recovering from covid. I had not yet shut my studio in Manhattan, thinking that I would return imminently, and had none of my digital drawing tools or equipment with me.
I had been considering the idea of creating a fabric collection with hand inked and painted artwork for some time. I was interested in the idea that advances in digitally printed fabric meant that I was not limited to working with solid masses of color. Plot twist! Notes for ordering fabric
How will my fabric be cut?
- Fabric is cut in continuous .25 yard increments
- (ex: quantity "1" = .25, quantity "2" = .5, quantity "3"= .75, quantity "4" = 1 yard)
What if I want a Fat Quarter?
- No problem! Just write "Fat Quarter" in the notes at checkout! A fat quarter measures 18" x 21-22".
