Zero to Garment

Jump in to sewing headfirst! We'll guide you step-by-step from total beginner to a finished wearable piece. Each participant will sew a comfortable elastic waist skirt with side seam pockets, perfect for everyday wear. 

We'll provide a lightweight and breathable black double gauze that's ideal for warmer days and all other supplies. Along the way you'll learn essential sewing skills including sewing straight seams, constructing pockets, creating a faux shirred elastic waistband, and hemming. 

No experience necessary. Bring your own sewing machine if you prefer or use one of our studio machines.
